ERNC and our ministry seeks to serve you with the utmost by networking at a level you have chosen, together with expertise and vision we encourage team work with you, marketing, promotion, booking, exposure and strategies of expansion in the direction of your goal: your goal is our aim. Carefully considering your gifts, expansion, motivation, we hope to, as a team, materialize your vision options of expanding your horizons, thus centering and establishing your connections.

Each member is responsible to co-operate with rules and regulations for the project they pursue that forwards their growth in the area that they earnestly desire. Respect the main ingredients for our team members. A team works together, for as you know there is no I in TEAM. Your support/contribution to ERNC for your service, employs our team independently to work with you. Your reputaion reflects ours, that is why we are a team not an agency, empowering each individual entrepreneurship.

Through her independently owned company SarahLouise seeks to encourage aspiring artists and offer them professional services in the field of entertainment and ministry. Ethnic Rainbow Native Casting has taken on management of musicians and encourages independence after a one year period. Ethnic Rainbow Native Casting has provided different cultures with wings to fly through a colorful rainbow, raising awareness of management, dedication and responsibility to their management team.
