As well, we are proud of the existing member as they are dedicated and true artists in the same field working as one in our universe.
We are happy to express the pleasure E.R.N.C. has had with your participation in making a picture perfect word in film, stage, productions, festivals and events of the above at the same time hoping that one day all will be as one out of the lens or glass frame.
In good health,

Who are we?
A service to the Entertainment Field, broadly encouraging education by networking with links of support for entertainers - Encouraging equality and respect as a team to the many fields in the industry of entertainment. Ethnic Rainbow Native Casting was formed in 1997, in Calgary , Alberta on a multicultural level, developed to encourage respect to ethnics, culture and tradition. It exists to raise awareness of rules and regulations in film, commercials, festivals and community events etc. Visual and non visual minorities are respected and informed of their rights in projects in North America . The reason for our passionate company name is SarahLouise Brown. She is of mixed cultures; a combination of six: Scottish, Jewish, African, European, French, German and Canadian Native Indian. Her magnetic charisma, assertive concern and direction are a true attribute in the very demanding industry she works in. While SarahLouise was raising a family of four, as a single parent, she managed to balance family and career, grateful to her Higher Power, that the children enjoyed the industry as much as she did. She worked with T.V. series for Walt Disney, HBO movies and family oriented movies. Over the years SarahLouise has been involved with elementary to high school level youth and parents in the integration of small drama departments in schools and communities. She has encouraged the different communities she works with to seek harmony and independence. Her expertise and wisdom has been appreciated. SarahLouise' s passion for the arts is deep rooted in her family history on both sides. Her passion for obtaining wisdom, love of music and writing is a blend from her father's side. Her appreciation of classic expression, where there are no limits, love of life and guiding people stems from her mothers side. Ethnic Rainbow Native Casting provides volunteer services for talents with fixed incomes or with disabilities. Encouraging all to be the true blue gift they are to our wonderful international world. At this current time Sarahlouise is active with mature entertainers that seek to tour, and need encouragement in their personal management. Sarahlouise is currently active in her community of Latimore Lake Community center, member of the board, and has fund raised for various causes in a way of providing entertainment and volunteers, on the board of PRUDE, a multicultural association, Saint John center, Teed and Teed Legal Clinic and Anti-Poverty. She really enjoys the company of seniors, receiving wisdom and grace, often found in a position as a decision maker for them in their medical contacts for hospital.
