Ethnic Rainbow Native Cast
is a company that aids with media
People For People
is a Ministry

Our ministry, People for People, believe we are well honoured for the blessing of the calling we obtain. Youth, mature adults 50+, empty nesters, providing ministry links and support resources to live a healthier lifestyle in our nation in Jesus name. In the small time we have in our universe, we are happy to serve those in need. Our empathy in our calling also reaches out to Detox Centers, men and women's shelters and food services. We may only have the widows might, however our Creator and Saviour has a way of providing strength and wisdom to continue after 20 years, one soul at a time, and He has proven that he provides.

Big John, Sarahlouise Brown and Verne Curle
It was a pleasure aiding in Kings Square Concert to honour Stompin Tom in support of Single parents and underprivleged children of Saint John, NB. Sarahlouise Brown of Ethnic Rainbow Native Cast and People for People enjoyed networking with the musicians while raising money to help underprivleged children. Special thanks to Verne for his support in gripping.

We would like to pray for you and encourage you in

lifes journies of destiny with your gifts of talent

Wow this month has gone by so fast. With all that is happening in Haiti, many have been praying for them and we can see the hand of God moving in people to help in many ways. Continue to pray that God will move in comfort, and strengthen many brothers and sisters and many others that are reaching out.

As for those that have asked for prayers online. I pray God has meet your needs and strengthen you as you lean on the everlasting arms.

No matter where we are or the things that we are facing at this time. He will meet you in the midst of the storm. I was thinking about Peter when he saw Jesus in the storm. Jesus called Peter to come out ...He took that step of Faith out of the boat, Wow what a step of faith ...with all that was going on around him.. The wind and the waves. At the moment Peter focused on Jesus and he took that step, as soon as he took his eyes off Jesus ...he sunk ...but again he reached out and Jesus was there..

There is a song that reminds me to look up again.."Turn your eyes upon Jesus and things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of his glory and grace" ......

As we reach out in faith in the midst of the storm... May these words comfort you as they did for Peter......"Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid." Matthew 14 v 27

Love in Christ
Cindy Gniazdoski.

Unspoken prayers for Verne Curle, Phillip Greenlaw, and Frances Bainbridge

This letter is addressed to Ministers of Art & Gift of Sound

Hello from Ethnic Rainbow Native Casting (ERNC)

We are a team of supporters of Christian Artists in the music industry and media. Our members are independent soloists or group ministers. We encourage artists to be educated and seek wisdom in the field of art with their gifts of sounds and motion. As we well know it is the millennium, we are all called in different areas of work today. It is written that we are to be in the world but not a part of it. With that being said, we know that our creator enjoys music and entertainment. It is one of the various ways to get the word to some that would otherwise NOT have the opportunity to be fed the word or even be enlightened by a seed to search their heart.

After several years of observation of Christian individuals and groups of Churches participating in local events and festivals, taking notice that non-profit organizations of government are utilizing the Church Homes and generating finances while Churches participate individually as opposed to unite publically in outdoor participation, so as to respect our Christian artists #1 as gifted working artists.

Needless to say, all artists should be paid for their expertise and time in functions as they are called upon year after year. It is up to the individual or groups as to personnel payment or offering to their Church.

ERNC has considered prayerfully to contact you about this matter that Christian artists need to be treated as artists and have the same spotlight yet not in vain, and that their light should shine not to be hidden under a bushel.

Through knowledge of event planning and the industry of sound and motion, we have come to the conclusion that it is quite apparent that the Churches and individual artists should be aware of the difference between participating as Christians in a festival outside of traditional “Praise to the Lord” is generally a paid position.

We seek to encourage your Church and artists in independence in their field of gift, feel free to contact ERNC by email ethnicrainbows@aim.com for further questions pertaining to the above matter of your congregation and ministry

In good health,

SarahLouise Brown

Our needs are your needs as statistics and surveys have proven, with ministering in a way of wisdom, determination and networking with people as a body of Christ, we as a people excel through Networking. Our volunteers are of many different denominations and ethnic backgrounds. With this being said, we have "People For People" who demonstrates natural instinctual care for humanity. Our purpose relies on the needs at hand to help and encourage in any way possible.
We have many musicians available in volunteer or job creation. We are NOT funded by the government. Our resources solely depend on voluntary donations and time. Each individual that precipitates or volunteers, becomes a body of strength by learning to accept that there are no boundaries in developmental emergencies. Some pray, some use their wisdom in sharing ideas to build strength in this ministry. Others use their physical strength in volunteering. Others network with media community concerned personnel and we as a team always seek advice with our legal rights for the betterment of the people. This ministry has been operating for over 5 years with no financial support and we have dealt with departments very successfully in the government structure with ideas and support to only the individual. We are hoping to have the aid and support of any organizations that can network in a way of wisdom and needs that have not been successful. We would like to hear from those who have visions to keep our ministry strong, whether it be an hour of their time at meeting with notes that can help us better serve our community and the Maritime Provinces that are also in need. We are grateful for the generosity of Sir "Eric Teed" of Prince William Street, Saint John, NB ( Teed & Teed since 1864) for his wisdom and for the opportunity to study anti-poverty. We would like to thank Sobeys East for supporting a benefit we put on for fire victims(seniors and disability)case. We would like to thank Sobeys Loch Lomond retailers for donating gifts, Charms jewelry store for their gift for a raffle as well as Claire’s Boutique Loch Lomond, also Westmorland Road Dollar Store. Our benefit was quite successful. We would like to thank Todd, manager of Giant Tiger for his great support on many benefits, also L&D Waters Red Barn. Mr. Big John T-Bone Little and his musicians, Mr. Gary Ackinson, the sax man, Mr. Ben Weatherby recording producer aiding E.R.N.C. with supporting empty nester musicians and aspiring artists to live out their dreams and for Fall Fest Latimore Lake Community Center. He has been a support to keeping our mature and senior musicians uplifted as a networker with us.

We believe in joy, happiness, prosperity, good health, proper diets and resources for disability and those that need help with addictions. Our basic aim is to provide choices to let people know that strength and power starts with a vision and as we know the definition of power is not selfish. Power means strength over time, and with hands to lift and hold each individual can find their life choices and changes that they came to understand and need with a body of people that care, and CARE is all anyone needs along with support and those that commit. E.R.N.C. was founded by Ms. SarahLouise Brown. After working with people for over 15 years in communities across Canada and participating with job creation programs, health care for mature adults, detox centers and youth that fall between the cracks, (with a handful of Christian and Non-Christian concerned citizens.) Our services provide gift cards for those in need as well as a natural health food bank located at 615 Latimore Lake Road. Moving See Bulletin Board or Call 506-653-1988 for further information. Having the opportunity to work with international students and families as well as our Canadian Aboriginal First Nations People.

It has been a pleasure for her to reap the wisdom from recipients and supporters. Her love for people keeps her strong as she has been a single parent of four all through her journey to ministry that is now making a great difference to each person or family one accomplished mission at a time.

Ethnic Rainbow Native Casting is proud to donate a percentage of their services to build ministries and make them stronger. Donation of any amount is welcome.
